does anyone know how if you can block an e-mal address from your computer, I seem to remember doing it once before but I can't remember how

Assuming that you're using Outlook Express:

Go to Tools > Message Rules > Blocked Senders List
Click 'Add'
Type the relevant address.
Click 'OK', then click 'OK' again.

Thanks Chris, but I have just change to AOL/talktalk and can't do anything that you could in outlook express.
