McAfee problem

Ive a box (green with a continual scrooling yellow arrow) on the bottom right of my screen which is an update being installed its been there for about a week I click on it and nothing happens, any idea`s what it`s doing. Many thanks in advanced

Maybe if you turn off your pc and turn it back on it will go. (Lol uve had the pc on all week...) I personally dont have McAfee, but you could just uninstall and then reinstall the software, that would clear the log and then u could do all the updates for it. When you do uninstall it make sure you are not connected to the internet, or viruses will run amok on your system !
