Start - run

Type

Cmd

in the box, then at the cursor type:

ipconfig
Go into "control panel". From there should be a "Network Connections" icon, click on that then right click on your network adaptor icon and choose properties.

Go down to TCP-IP settings and click properties. It will tell you in there. Most likely, it will be blank though, as the computer will allocate one itself.
That's made me laugh, squarebear.

I like the bit at the end - 'most likely it will be blank'.
neither of above will give the information Sympster requested.

Follow Ethels answer but instead of just ipconfig type

ipconfig /all

To get all the info including DNS
