zoom effect in adobe premiere

Hi

I have adobe premiere CS3 and wanted to add a zoom effect to an image I have inserted. I cannot find anything to do this. I used to use premiere 6 who you would just right click and select motion then you can clic on a start point and put it where you wanted and then the stop point and where you then wanted it to end.

i cannot find anything in CS3, i have look in video effects. yes i have found a zoom transistion but this is only zooming between effects not the actual image as a stand alone zooming.

any ideas thanks
