Sky Plus Problem

I recorded a film - The Magdalen Sisters - off channel 4 on Sky Plus but it's asking for my PIN to view it.

I was never given a PIN, I assume as I don't have the movies package.

Does anyone know why and how I get my PIN if I have one before I waste a load of money on hold to Sky.

take out your viewing card and write down the last 4 digits. stick it back in and use the 4 numbers as your pin, if it dont work tho its gonna be a call to sky or go to sky online help. ours is set up with a pin off our own but previously it was the numbers on viewing card. hope it works

The only time I have been made to use a PIN has been to watch 12, 15 and 18 rated films before the 9.00pm watershed.
