Channel 4 has disappeared from our Sky freesat channel list. Has this changed for everyone? We have awful reception from the outside ariel so rely on freesat. Any ideas?

Try switching the box off and back on.

Still there wideboy? How do I do that? I didn't have any involvement in the set up so am clueless.
