I recently bought a new PC with a program called Nero 8 essentials pre-installed on it. I want to download my own version of Nero 8. When I try to load my own version I get the message saying that I would have to uninstall the preloaded one first. When I try to uninstall the preloaded one I get the message saying that the shellmanager is missing and it wont let me uninstall it. Can anyone help

Try this page, it`s for Nero 7 essentials, but I imagine it`s the same.

Sorry, just clicked on the link on for cleaning tool on above link and the page no longer exists.
One piece of advice I`ve seen is to reinstall essentials from your disc if you received one with computer, then try uninstalling again.
