computer virus ? HELP

i cannot access my emails since 3 days ago..gmail and windows live..i try type in my password and security certificate comes up in a bow..ive installed the security cert but i still cannot sign in...security cert name is ..(shared.live) whatever that means..my computer has been really slow since a month ago and also i cannot system restore back untill november when everything was ok with it and it was running fine...i can only do system restore back to mid december when the problems started....do u think its a virus or something?

Do you access your email through Internet Explorer, or do you use a program like Outlook Express?

Who is your IP soicowboy? I had the same problem recently, and eventually diagnosed it to faulty firmware on my TalkTalk modem.

I downloaded the new firmware and it's running better than ever.
