data protection act advice
3 Answers
Hello.
In my work enviroment, one of my colleagues got one of two needed passwords to access secure data, and he handed it to me. I have never used it, because of the consequences. But if i am caught now without using it, intending to use it, or sharing it, would i have breached the data protection act 1998.
thank you.
