My Head in 3D on PC

Can anyone please recommend any free software for converting digital photos of my head into a 3D image on my PC?

I remember working with some prototype software that did this a couple of years ago. I believe it's now commercially available. Made by Canon - can't remember it's name. Don't expect too much though.

Thanks for the replies. Digimask was the kind of thing I was thinking of but the link to the 3D photos looks interesting too.
