go onto your windows media player.
insert the disc that you want to download the songs off.
next to each track should be a box, tick the track you want.
then press RIP.
hope this helps
In more detail, you can choose to rip the entire album or just a selection of songs - personally I'd do the whole album if you have the space on your hard drive. I find it more convienient to use my computer for music, but that's just me.

Once you have the tracks that you want on the computer, put a blank disc and it may autoplay and bring you to the right window. If not, click the "Burn" tab at the top and then you'll presented with a "burn pane" down the right hand side. Select "Album" or "Artist" from the far left hand side, depending on which one you want and drag the tracks you want into the burn pane on the right. You can drag them up and down if you want a different order.

Keep an eye on the amount of time you have remaining on the CD otherwise the disc won't burn. Once you're happy with the track listing, then click on "Burn CD".

Wait a few minutes and there you are
Basicaly you need to "rip" the music off the CD and get it on to your PC in MP3 format.

As has been said, Windows Media Player will do this for you.

To get the music back on to another CD you need a burner like Nero (I think Windows Media Player also burns).

Note you can put the music back on the CD in two formats.

You can put it on CD as MP3 tracks, in which case you use a burner and just burn the files as "data" (but this wont or may not play in a normal CD player)

Or you can put it on CD as "audio" tracks (which is the same format as "normal" CDs), so you will have to choose the "audio" option rather than data when burning the CD.

Note you can get far more MP3 tacks on a CD than "audio" tracks (which is limited to 70 minutes), but as I said, MP3 format limits where you can play it..
