java script / flash player

i am running Vista with google chrome etc my system will not let me load the latest flash player it keeps telling me to uninstall google chrome and keeps mentioning java script. any ideas?

your browser doesnot support the latest version of the flash player.

so update the java and than try to installed the flash player
