Sky remote control

My sky remote control has decided all of a sudden , that it doesn't want to operate the sound on the television anymore .

Does anyone know how to reset it ?

hi there, if you press the interative button on your sky remote go to customer services, it will take a few seconds to load, your see different options on the screen, go to programme remote no 5, and just follow the on screen messages you will need the model no of your tele, which should be on the back, hope that helps
