The time on my pc

There might be a simple answer to this but every time i switch my computer on, my clock is always 3 mins fast.Regardless how many times i set the clock at the correct time & save the setting.Any idea why this is happining?

Try setting the time in the BIOS instead. It's usually accessed by holding down the Del or F2 key while booting.
