Scan

Every Sunday a box appears on my desktop which says cannot find file for scan maybe on a separate disk. Clicking browse button it opens up my documents and the file type reads Scan msi.
I have no idea what this is for or what program is generating this command.
Help would be appreciated.

Bizarrely, this may well be related to HP software.

If you have any HP (Hewlett Packard) programs (for example for an HP printer, scanner or camera), uninstall them and then reinstall the ones you need.

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a Program (if you have Windows Vista). Then go to http://www.hp.com/#Support to download and install the drivers and software for your products. You can use the "automatically detect products".
