I am using Vista and I keep getting pop-ups telling me to clear data.Is there any way that I can reduce the frequency it's driving me mad?

Can you give more information? Is this in a particular program like Internet Explorer or Microsoft Outlook?

It's Mozilla Firefox.It pops up titled "clear private data" with options to tick boxes,but it's every couple of minutes and I can't find a way to regulate it.Thanks
