Problem with opening C Drive

Problem with opening C Drive. When I double click on my c Drive it gets error "Open with". why?

Okay the first option is Explore then open and then shearing.

hmmm, the top option should be open!

click start and then run and enter the following in the run box and click ok

Run and type regsvr32 /i shell32.dll

and try opening C again
