Changing "Date created" on a file

Hi All, Hope everyone's well

When hovering over a file, some information is displayed on the file and the "date created" or "date modified" are on there. I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the "date created", if so, how?

It's nothing sinister or anything, but it's something that's bugging me as I should have done the work much earlier so want to change it to a few months earlier.

You just need a small, free utility, such as SetFileDate 2.0:
