what is this ?

when i turn my laptop on for the last couple of times i get this thing that pops up and it says 0sd_1.4 and it also says the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavaliable but i dont try to do anything its as soon as the desk top has loaded it does it by itself . under neath then it says click ok to try again or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package then under that again it says user source application /drivers but i always press cancel as i dont know what it is and then it sort of uninstalls itself ? does anyone know what it is and shud i press ok to load it so this stops happeneing ?? thanks
