Hi i have a laptop and the windows experience index is only 2 . My computer seems to be working perfectly well.
The graphics and gaming graphics scores the lowet 2.0 and 2.3 All the rest are 4.5 Is it worth bothering upgrading to increase this score, as i don`t play games etc on my laptop.
Any advice would be apreciated

The Windows Experience score is not an aggregate of all the scores, it is simply the lowest of all the scores. Given that yours scores low on graphics, and that on most laptops it's not possible to change the graphics hardware, there ain't much you can do - and as you say, why bother?
your graphics card does not support the game so you can not play the games on the laptop.

it is not possible to upgrade the graphics card on the laptop.

Another incredibly insightful response from johnpol :-)
