Google Chrome

Google keeps telling me to update to Google Chrome. Does anyone have this update and what do you think of it please? Don't know what I did (if anything), but suddenly my opening screen completely changed to a white background with huge 'call outs' Q? and A?, in black with white and silver stripes. I was furious but thankfully managed to retrieve my normal screen. If that's Google Chrome then I don't want to know.

By th sound of it, no its not google chrome. Google chrome is soo easy to use, its unbellevalbe. I think you may have downloaded a replica version of it (maybe a virus).

If your running windows vista, Type in WINDOWS DEFENDER in the start search box.

Thanks Dabaa. Yes I think you are probably right I downloaded something by chance - or something downloaded itself ! The black, silver and white made me think it was something to do with Google chrome. Boffins are forever turning out new inventions and I must admit I don't like change just as I've got used to something.
