Hi, I need some help. I am converting some music with zamzar.com but when I paste the URL in the box & proceed to convert it, a window pops up saying:

The file at your target is 0 bytes in size.
Please check the URL you entered and try converting again.

How can I get round this problem?

What are you trying to convert your music to?
If it's to mp3, you should try something like musicmatch jukebox.
