switch to ?

can any one tell me why i keep getting a box saying switch to or try again..?? every time i click on explorer to get onto the internet . just what is this

im not exactly sure wht your poblem is. do you have any other information to give us?

my initial guess is that it is something to do with you problably having 2 web browsers. each has its own ability to check if it is default and if it is not then it will complain.

without other information i cant really make a good suggestion

Thanks i dont know if i have 2 web browsers running how would i know this ? sorry not 2 good with computers...
