Multi-region DVD player

Is there an easy way to check whether my DVD player is multi-region or not?

I bought it on the understanding it was but have never put it to the test. I don't have any foreign DVDs to hand so is there any other way of checking?

There's a list at http://www.dvd.reviewer.co.uk/ that should help, or if you post the make/model number here, someone should be able to tell you!
