Checking recipients of Blind Copy e-mails

I frequently send out e-mails to varying groups of people, addressing them as Blind Copies to protect their e-mail address privacy. Sometimes I can't remember if I've missed anybody out but when I go back to check the e-mail in my "Sent" folder , obviously the list of recipients is not shown. Is there any way, as the author of the e-mail, I can retrieve this information?

Thanks but unfortunately I'm using Outlook Express, and can't find any 'Actions' & 'Resend Message' options in this application. I've gone through all the toolbar options. Am I missing something or does this application just not have this facility?
right click on the mail in the sent folder, select properties and then click on details.

It will show you in there somewhere
or what about putting a read receipt on it - then everyone is listed who it has been sent to and who has read it
...or make a group containing all these contacts and mail it to the group rather than picking off individuals.

chuckfickens - your second suggestion is absolutely spot on and it works. Thank you!
