Chuck, any ideas, I have the software to convert files to play on a stand alone DVD, but when I come to burn them and I would like to use DL disks, nothing happens, I have uninstalled the converter and tried again, any ideas?

DL disks??

Do you mean double layer disks? in which case are you sure you're DVD burner is a double layer one?

I have used a couple of them before Chuck without problem, now...lol
How do I find out if I have a double layer burner, my computer is a Dell Inspiron 1720, only a year old?
