There are litterally thousands of such sites. Which ISP do you use? The chances are your own ISP will have a chat room and 90% of these are worldwide. Otherwise you could try any of the common "search" sites such as "Excite", "Yahoo", "MSN". They all have international chat rooms. If you want to take more of a gamble, try www.icq.com. You can download a program where you can chat to anyone else with the program - but it is a gamble initially who you will speak to. However when you have made friends with it, it will automatically alert you when your chosen friends are online.

hi im chris yes there is msn chat wich anyone can use but you have to make a new email address costs free its simple to make but if you want to chat often make friends in chat roooms download messenger msn and the ask their email click add new contact and type their email address quite good but if you dont do that then go onto www.pojo.com but the sites crashed down now so you'll have to wait form chris
