tv retune

I retuned my panasonic set top box on Wednesday and since then I have lost BBC 1,2,3 & 4. But BBC news and CBBC are ok. The other tvs in the house using other digi boxes are ok. Can anybody help me please?

wudy, have you tried retuning again,? this happened to me but after retuning the following day it all came back to normal, plus the extra channels.If it still doesn't work then perhaps the digi box is at fault, try one of the other boxes.
