Hi!

Thank you for your answer, could someone tell me what a wireless access point with a built in modem is? and how much roughly should they cost?We are hoping to get rid of our bulky old system.

Sorry, they used to do them.  Can't seem to find them anymore.  There are ADSL (broadband) wireless access points out there.  Perhaps you could upgrade to broadband and use one of them?

http://www.expansys.com have various wireless bits.  They are a good place to start looking (although not always the cheapest).  This might be the type of thing you need:

not sure I can advertise but I am selling wireless ADSL Modem/Routers on Ebay, look under yourhomeit (there are also wirless cards for your PC & laptop)
Hi, Is it a broadband modem you presently use?  You can go for a wireless Router as long as you know you username and password - should only cost about �50 for a good one.  Some available on www.wwwpartners.co.uk - there support is excellent if you tell them exactly what you need.
