I have a complaint...

I think I have been rooked from a company called Unlimited Music Download. They are charging me for the program and I didn't order it. They charged me $49.99 on my credit card and then turned around and charged me another $49.99 for the same thing. Now my credit card has charged me with late charge and finance chrge. Now my bill is  $116.90. I contacted the company2-3 times, and they say they are going to credit it back, but, I haven't seen anything yet. My question is....Has anyone else had this trouble? And if you are interested in this company, you better watch out. All I can say is, be very sure you know what you are doing. They are schemers!!!

I don`t know where you live [USA?] and I suppose it`s irrelevant in any case BUT just how the hell did they get your credit card details?

I suspect that your problem is probably of your own making.  You can`t afford to be lax regarding credit card security.   I hope it all works out in the end.

Contact your credit card company and claim the money back through them

how long ago did you talk to the credit card company? it may take 30 days or so for the credit to appear on your account.
