Word and Clip Board

I use Microsoft Word quite alot, and also the clip-board facility. However, I need to put it away sometimes until later, but cannot save the clip board. Can anybody help.

Try Google for 'windows clipboard extender'. If you're like me, you'll want to add the word 'freeware' to the Search phrase!

ClipX is straightforward http://bluemars.org/clipx/

(works fine for Windows XP don't know about other OS)

I have decided to go with ClipX, and have downloaded it, but I'm having difficulty in using it.
