Is anyone with Virgin mobile?

I've seen a fabulous mobile offer with Virgin (£18 a month, 200 mins, unlimited texts and internet) - thing is, it just seems too good to be true. None of the other networks can even compete, and I'm wondering what the catch is. Does anyone else use Virgin - what are they like ? I'm just looking for some advice. Thanks x

I only use Virgin on monthly billed pay-as-you-go but I would rate them as excellent, much better than O2...
