My remote control does not recognise my PIN any more and my TV is not under guarantee (Matsui 2096). What can I do?

Have you tried taking the batteries out for an our or so? This may reset it - then put new ones in. If not cntact Matsui - they may be able to give you some sort of key sequence you can press on the control to reset the pin.
