In fact the QUESTIONS are so badly worded it makes you wonder if she even understands the questions, let alone any answers.

this is a friend of mine and i told her to try her as i was of the same opinion as VHG, this is exactly how the quests are worded, she has done most of the course as far as i know (dont know how much she has left to do), but i told her this evening i think this is what she is expected to know and not what she has to answer.

all three of her questions are worded just like this on her course work paper, i did CLAIT and ECDL and this had me baffled.
