iPod Nano charger/adaptor for use in my car

Can anyone please recommend a charger/adaptor that I can use to play my 4th Generation iPod Nano in my car?

I did use a Macally FM Cup when I had a 3rd Generation Nano but, whilst it will allow the 4th Generation Nano to play, it does not charge it.

I have since tried a couple of "cheapies" off eBay, but they have both proved that "you get what you pay for" by not lasting very long!

Does anyone have any suggestions, please?
