Im sure there must be some footie on sky^:O)afternoon blossoms.Its horrible when you bang yer arm..why do they call it the funny bone?wrap it in a bag of frozen sprouts robi...lets face it, you cant eat the boogers.They say there wont be any in the shops this xmas...ill be allright,this bloke down the roads growing tons...it will be a midnight raid.:O)wot terrable whether whe ar haveing!they were right when they predicted a bad spell.(:O)keep warm people.

oof busy successful day. DH got his flu jab, then we went and got some more tree light, bought up M and S got the dogs a burger, went to Waitrose and got the chrimbo turkey. picked up the dry cleaning, picked up DH's prescriptions, DH got his next blood test and home..now to put the bins out.

I have been cleaning my cooker on and off all day. More off than on. It must be done though. I do it routinely................. about every four years or so!!

Mouse running about on the kitchen worktop last night. We are being invaded. What's the use of a cat who doesn't kill mice. Just brings them in for me to look after......................

Now the pain was subsiding ...until, upon exiting the lav some 30 minutes ago, I banged my £$%^&*# funny bone...same arm...agghhh!

The irony is my lovely neighbour's having a hand op today & I'd told her that anything she has a problem with she only has to ask for help...haha..only two left hands between us & we're right handed.

Burnt my thumb yesterday actually Robi. Decided to grab a pyrex dish that had just come out of the oven. Now have a blister all over the top of my left thumb. Mr LL had to finish off the dinner and dish up. 'Twas really, really painful, and blistered immediately.

Rodents seem to be having a party now!! Keep your fleas Robi. I have had enough bites this year to last a lifetime.

I wish you were nearer Robi. I would love to watch Corrie with you. We could have such a laugh. Mr LL says he doesn't like it but he always comes in to watch and asks me what is going on!!

Off to finish that damn oven. Oven shelves are soaking in biological washing power and should be ready now to scrub.

Just realised I am supposed to be taking malaria pills so have sent off for some online from Boots and hopefully can pick them up from the nearest shop later in the week. Plus Stan from Bulgaria is coming in on Wednesday to see why the PCs are running slowly. Plus I have just stood half an hour in the queue at the PO to post cards - 20 customers, two desks open, so I decided to combine duties by buying some euro while I was there which was probably exactly what they wanted me to do. Excuse me, I think I will go and bang some PO staff's heads against a door handle.

I know it does, I always seem to bang something or other when I am cold and the pain............ I have taken aspirin for my head as I looked it up on internet, and the pain has lessened. I never ever take aspirin, and only bought some because I heard they make washing whiter. If I could I would swap gladly with you for a month!

We did go to that market on Saturday, my friend and I and her other friend, whom I've met once, 23 years ago. Weird feeling. My friend's daughters were selling "jewellery" they'd made themselves. The evening was spent at the other friend's place; she's the mother of six (my friend only has five...) and there was a young person in every corner of the place but everything was dead silent cos they all had a puta on their knee... (no, Vinny, no). Made it home through the snow only to find there was only cold water in the shower. Sooo, there was a short intermission while I temporarily lost the will to live, cos I knew there wasn't a chance maintenance would fix it till today. So I've had a dirty weekend.

I don't know where it's going but maybe the same place odd socks and jno's teeth go... I can hear it (the facade) literally crumbling outside my window even as we speak, I sh1t you not.

Lottie, do you have a dishwasher? if so wash all the oven shelves etc in it, It's the only thing I use my dishwasher for and they come up sparkling (oh Ok well almost!)

Well it's alright for you lot .I've had the day from hell .
No nurse turned up for blood so off we have to hassle to the hospital in a cab .
My brother abandoned me at Asda and I've broken a fingernail right up to my elbow and am sporting a blue plaster .So there ;)
