hi there I have both a vista laptop and a vista desktop .I successfully set my outlook email to download from my sky account on the desktop .then attempted to do the same on the laptop
DAMN !!! it will not work even though i stood the laptop next to the desktop to make sure that i copied it exactly but to no avail
i just get this message
" Account: 'sky', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR not supported 7pf15178981eyg.3', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18"
any idea why

* is making a note of all setting in case anything needs setting like this again
just on a point of interest why are different setting needed on laptop where as they work on the desktop any ideas xxx BIG hugs for all your help
