I ask the question because (so far as I am concerned ) her name has been missing fronm AB for some months.

It is my view that she was a lovely lady and , although it has been alleged that she obtained her answers from other Internet sites, her responses to my questions were comprehensive and taught me a lot about computer issues........ Ron

thanks for the suggestion. i think i've solved the problem though - by banning him from using it!!!!! told him he's got to register himself under a completely different name so there's no confusion. mind you, there's no saying he won't put a sneaky post or two in from 'ethandron' is there :) ?
