screen gone sideways

my screen has g0n e sideways and am doing this on my side, how can I get it back please. thank you

Right click on desktop, select Properties, Settings then Advanced.. Then on my pc, I select the graphics card tab. I can then rotate the display using the rotate option. There are various angle settings. Not sure why your screen has gone like it has without doing this!

Because you have presse CTRL and the left or right arrow.
Press CTRL+up arrow and all will be back to normal.
