can anyone tell me what type of router we need ,i have broadband through talk talk (tiscali) and we have got also a lap top which my husband uses and we need to get a router from my broadband to his as the mobile broadband he has is not good ,any help would be appricated thanks

Contact talk talk, they will very likely send you one for free (especially if you threaten to change to a different provider who offers a free router)

thank you both for your answers, i have just contacted my broadband provider as you said and they are going to send me one for free thanks again that has saved me a extra expence

i had 2 routers from talktalk
they were absoloute rubbish
i went and bought a netgear one
