I keep getting a message "Update available"but when I click it I am told it has failed because of a "1604 error". When I try to open Adobe all I get is a grey page - any ideas what I can do please ?
Also I tried to download Adobe 9 but my Norton software won't let me

What I did hardy49 was uninstall Adobe completely and then installed the new version instead. Have not had problems since but I do not use Norton.
