help needed, i tried to set up my hp laser 1005 printer today, but it just wouldn´t

print, what am i doing wrong. i put the cd in the drive followed the instructions, removed bits i was told to remove etc, but still no joy. i´m using an emachines laptop, quite new .

Have you installed the correct driver for your operating system?

You cant use a Windows XP driver on Windows Vista or Windows 7.

Make sure you install the right HP software/driver for your versions of Windows (as stoofur has already said)
