when i receive a phone call my phone only rings for about 10 seconds which does not give me enough time to answer it.
how can i extend the ring time on my phone..thanks

i have the same phone but mine doesnt do that. i dont think there is a setting maybe its a problem with your phone?
or your ringtone is not long enough?
but i would say that it to the people your contracted with or something see if they know.
The length of fime before a call goes to answerphone is controlled by your network and has 30 seconds as the maximum, if you enter *#61*11# and then the call button it should tell you what yours is set to, it might just tell you that its enabled without the length of time. To change it you need **61*destination*11*nn#[SEND] where 'destination' is your voicemail number, 11 is to say that it is voice calls you're dealing with and nn is the number of seconds (30 max) and [SEND] is using the call key at the end
