We also have sky+. All this week we have had no listings for the programmes, Is everyone else having this trouble, or is it me that doesn't know enough about the new TV?

Sorry if this seems patronising, but are you sure your watching sky? There should be a button on the remote which says TV/DTV. It may need pressing to get you on to Sky. Also, you may need to press the 'Source' button and scroll down the options (Scart1 / Scart2 / Ext / HDMI1 etc) until your normal Sky page becomes visible, depending on how the Sky box is connected to the TV.
we have had no problems with our TV listings this week on sky (apart from the quality of the content)
I've had trouble with my freeview listings for a couple of weeks........
If you press TV Guide button on your Sky Remote all listings will come up on TV Screen. I have Sky+ and everything is OK on there for me.

I have pressed the Select button on the remote Red. All we get is 'No schedule listings available' on all channels, so we have to use the channel numbers it's a bit of a nuisance. MrAsk watches sky sports and we've watched a few of the films.
I suggest you ring sky up and they will talk you through any potential problems, as I still have listings showing so I suspect it is something wrong with your system

It takes ages to get through to sky. Anyhow we have a sky engineer living nearby, so I asked him what he thought could be wrong. He told me to unplug the sky box and leave it for 10 mins or so then plug it back in. It worked. We now have resumed normal service .
Yes, there is also a proper reset procedure to reboot, force a firmware update, and replace the program guide.
Also check signal and quality levels in Setup menu and check lock is on OK.
Its great to get a technical answer isnt it gran, unplug it and plug it back in, I like it!!
Bit like our IT dept.. It doesn't work? "Just hit Control, Alt, Delete"

We had 'no listings available' for nearly two weeks, thinking it was a fault at Sky. duurr, then I started to think 'maybe we should find out'...the rest you know. lol
