Saving E-mails.

I am using Outlook Express and would like to save all of my e-mails to disc, so that I re-format my computer and then load them back again.

How do I save them?

File  >  Export  >  Messages              should do the trick

Similar for backup of Address Book

Tried that, but it only exports them to Microsoft Outllook. Managed to save them from that, but then how do you reload them?

Sorry, my previous should have worked but I was thinking of Outlook.

Try this instead:

Tools  >  Options  >  Maintenance   >  Store Folder

Make a note of the location of the store folder & then copy the files held within it. (You will notice the dbx files are named as Inbox, Outbox, Sent Items etc.)
