Orange email problem

My Orange email is 'up the creek' again 26.08.10. I'm paying nearly £20 a month for Orange broadband, but can't send emails (Outlook Express) or access the Orange webmail site to send them from there, so have to use a dial-up account with another ISP. Is anyone else having this problem ?

I have only known Orange system to be down once in at least a year.
You must have problems with settings, trojan, or virus, or your broadband quality/line gain of your connection.

Thank you Albags. I feared much the same as the views you expressed but don't think the problems rests with my own set-up, but perhaps the quality of the broadband line.

I cannot access Outlok Express either. Keep getting message. Cannot start Office Outlook. Cannot open Outlook window.

Yes, we also had this problem. We phoned orange and they said that they had a problem with the system and were trying to sort it out. It seems ok now.
