I have a dell printer and have purchased compatible ink. I have a warning message that pops up Dell AIO USB Port - unsupported cartridge - install a correct print cartridge. Is there anything that could be done to stop the warning message appearing and using the compatible cartridges? Thankyou

I have the same problem when I use compatible cartridges in my Lexmark X2550, However my message has a button saying 'print anyway', and on clicking on that button, it works fine. Perhaps your Dell has something similar

I believe Dell printers are made by Lexmark and just re-branded.

Demand your money back if this 'compatible' cartridge is incompatible.
