How long are the movies? Movie file sizes are much bigger than photo's and the length of the movie will also make a big difference. Therefore the file transfer will be slower.

Also if you give more information you may get a better response. Just saying you have a Sony Erricson phone is no use. What model is it? Are you using software that was provided with your phone?
