Yes. Download the newest version of MS Internet Explorer here, or use AdvancedBrowser or FireFox. Alternatively, have a look at separate, external pop-up blocking software by clicking here, typing in "pop up" at the top, selecting "In Downloads" and clicking "Go".

between sp2, norton and the google toolbar i get NO popups at all.

download the google popup stopper, find it by searching on google for it
