going back to a page in windows

Is it possible to reopen a page that I was earlier in today in windows? I opened an online account but can't get back into it as I think I opened it using a mistyped e-mail address. Ive looked at the register page and it doesn't ask you to confirm your e-mail address twice just your password. I thought it might be something to do with cookies but can't find those on my pc either.
